Conditions for the catalogue and correspondence
These conditions concern the Gemavista LLC website and Gemavista Detail Letters, identified by GMV. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy before using company communication options. For questions about these conditions, write to abdi@gemavistallc.com.

These conditions apply to the website, direct part-time information and optional company SMS program.
A company-specific scope
The website describes Gemavista LLC and its own direct part-time role areas. It is not an external recruitment service, staffing marketplace or collection of affiliate vacancies. References to product information explain the kind of work discussed here; they do not establish an assignment, customer relationship or currently available position.
Interest is separate from selection
Expressing interest does not create an employment relationship, reserve an opening or guarantee an interview or offer. Duties, availability and any engagement terms require separate confirmation by the company. No compensation, benefit, work schedule or location should be inferred merely from a role title or a general description.
Contribute information with care

Messaging is a separate choice
Gemavista Detail Letters offers recurring marketing SMS about direct part-time role areas and company recruiting updates through GMV. Participation requires the described affirmative consent and separate confirmation. Consent is voluntary, and is not a condition of applying, being considered for work, making a purchase or receiving services.
Frequency, cost and message controls
The program provides up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; assistance is also available at abdi@gemavistallc.com. Use a number you are authorized to control, and update preferences when that changes.
Availability has practical limits
Pages and communication channels may be changed, interrupted or unavailable.
